Ed Schiel, in his capacity as Senior Vice President of Integrated Properties, played an integral role in all phases of the development of 16M in 2012 – 2014. 16M is a 185,000 SF mixed use project in downtown Denver at the corner of 16th Street and Market. The building consists of 10 stories above ground, with 3 levels of parking below the building. The mix of uses consists of retail, office, and apartments all vertically integrated into one facility. The 16M Building was sold shortly after development for record numbers in downtown Denver.
